Volunteering with Rainbow Families is an opportunity to extend your village, support other LGBTQ+ parents and their kids, learn new skills, feel fabulous and help grow the voice and capabilities of Rainbow Families as the leading organisation in NSW supporting gay dads, lesbian mums, trans parents, gender-diverse parents and their kids.

You don’t have to be a parent or carer - every ally is welcome to join the journey! Our volunteers help with administration, marketing, advocacy, events, organising playdates and local catch-ups and generally spreading the message that Love Makes a Family - and every family matters!
